Global Transfer sceanrio

Summary:

I have a scenario in Performance. We want to assign our Performance document only to those who are hired before 31st May 2024 only. Now there is a global transfer for a person who started on 1st Jan 2024 and global transferred on 7th June 2024. The process is not assigning Performance Document to this employee.

We have used eligibility of Date of hire less than 31st May 2024 in our Eligibility Profile.
