Notification is not getting triggered when re assigning the tasks via HDL

Summary:

Notification is not getting triggered when re assigning the tasks via HDL

We have the use case to re assign the tasks to other user using HDL. But I see notifications are getting triggered to new performer upon re assigning the tasks.

Is there way to get the new performer notified upon re assigning the tasks??
