Unable to de-activate invoice approval rules

in Payables, Payments & Cash Management 3 comments

I am trying to disable these approvals rules but I am not given the option. It was available to disable just two weeks ago - how to fix? TIA

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: able to uncheck 'Active'

ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR: able to uncheck 'Active'^
