Goal management for dual reportees

is there any possibility of having dual reporting required only for goals and performance evaluation, where both the line manager and the matrix manager are available in the system, and the approvals for the goals or performance need to go to the approval with the line manager and the matrix manager

Example: Goals approvals need to goes to matrix manager and the performance approvals need to goes to the line manager.
