Expense preparer can't see one Delegate in LOV
Summary:
Our new employee has delegated his expense reporting in Oracle Fusion to a Program Coordinator, who is charged with entering expenses for several other employees. This new employee is set up exactly the same in HCM as the other employees that the Program Coordinator enters expenses for. However the Program Coordinator is unable to see this new employee in her list of employees drop down menu in Expense reporting. She sees others that have delegated their Expense reporting to her.
The new employee had first entered a short date range for the delegation period (7/1/2024 to 7/3/2024), but then updated the delegation period to 7/1/2024 to 7/1/2025. After this change was made, we have waited for the Send Pending LDAP Requests to automatically run before checking the drop down, and his name is still not listed.
