Unable to Create Performance Document for eligible employee after Manage Eligibility Batch Process
Summary:
We are attempting to create a performance template for the first time in a test region. We are unable to see it from the employee point of view. These are the steps taken with attached screenshots:
1- Populated all tabs of Staff Performance Template
2- Submitted Manage Eligibility Batch Process, which generated 21 Performance Documents
3- Navigated to My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Documents > selected Create Document button > entered search criteria of one of the 21 eligible employees, but nothing pulled up

The Staff Performance Template shows as "No" for "In Use". Could this be the issue? If it is, how/when does it change from No to Yes?
