Issue on performance document related to goals

Hi,

we encountered a problem on the performance document, in that when a manager tried to click on the "submit" button to send the managerial evaluation, an error message appeared, which did not allow him to proceed:

We have already opened an SR, and solved this issue, but the problem will continue to exist if it is not solved from the ground up.

I describe shortly the issue:
on goal page, on measurement section, we have hidden "start and end date" using Design studio tool.
We had this error, because, if an employee copy a goal on the goal plan from another goal plan, by default, "start date" and "end date" on measurement section of the copied goal, are set to the review period of the goal plan.
