requisition title is coming wrong in alert notification

Hello,

Requisition title was changed in the position , and the title is now reflecting correctly in system to however the alerts being sent from system is still throwing old name of the requisition.

The new name was - Sr. Manager -Procurement. 

but still the notifications to the candidate are going

with old name.
