Talent Profile Change Log

Talent profile > Foreign Language
We update the person's current foreign language knowledge via 'Edit'.
For example: We update the English language level of a user whose English language level is B1 to C1.
There is a View History option in the Foreign Language field. This option takes us to the Change Log screen. However, only the last change made is visible on the relevant screen. We want to see the history of all changes made. Is there any way to do this?
