Close pending action items using HDL after the life event has been closed

Hi everyone,

We are having a requirement to close the pending action items(deny/approve) after the life event has been closed. We are able to do it manually using UI, however, using HDL/HSDL it is not working as it is expecting the life event to be in Started status. We are getting the error - "No Life event found in Started status for the participant". Looks like this is an expected functionality and we already went through
