Dependent Certification - Plan suspend/unsuspend rules

Summary:

Hi,

I have added birth certificate for Dependent certifications so when employee designate a child they should provide a birth certificate.

The plan is suspended correctly, however, when unsuspending the plan, the coverage should start first of the next from the hire life event irrespective of whenever we put the completion date.

Unsuspend rules are as below

The coverage starts as of event date and does not start first of the next month.

Could anyone advise?
