Badly designed Redwood UI or User Error?

Hello,

I am reviewing the redwood uptake of some of the responsive recruiting pages and I noticed a glaring change in design when it comes to the questions attached to job requisitions.

I am wondering whether this really is the new redwood design or whether I am using it wrong. If there is no user error from my side, then the new redwood design is very bad in this area.

It took the responsive design, which required no additional steps to view questions attached to the requisition and transformed it into a 3 step process in redwood.
