I had asked a similar question here in the past (May 01, 2024) regarding REST API documentation for creating a requisition in the new Responsive Self Service Procurement application. I got the answer from Oracle that "you will need to wait a bit longer. We publish documentation when the release is out to customers.” Till now haven't seen any documentation.

We are facing an issue related to this topic that could jeopardize our go-live. In our POD, we've enabled this new Responsive Self Service Procurement application as we will be using this application when we go-live. Currently, when we create a Requisition (in Incomplete status ) using the existing REST API (Create Purchase Requisition Header (/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/purchaseRequisitions)), the Requisition is viewable from
