Need to set up Offset Account for funds transfer between account under same legal entity

Summary:

Need to set up Offset Account for funds transfer between account under same legal entity

We need to set up Offset account when use transfer fund but using bank accounts under the same legal entity, now create one rule but this generate journal like intercompany but not is our spected

This is the out and the IN of money using one account clearing but not want to create intercompany movent.
