Looking to connect with customers with experience of an Oracle Cloud compensation cycle
Summary: My firm is new to Oracle Fusion Cloud from April this year and we will be using the product for our all employee remuneration review starting October. I am looking to connect with HR professionals who have experience of this and are willing to share how they used Oracle for this, including lessons learned.

For context we are the UK business of a multi-national engineering and natural environment consultancy practice, with @ 8,500 employees in scope for this first Oracle enabled review. Our year end review includes promotions, so including new benefits upon promotion in addition to regular merit increases within existing grades.
