Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): As part of the employee's Onboarding Checklist there is a Task for the HR Business Partner that is going to be assigned 180 days from the employee's hire date.

Problem: When an employee is going to quit within 180 days, the task is still active and triggering to HR after 180 days of the employee's hire date.

Workaround: To avoid sending emails to HR for Inactive employees, we have created another task that is for employees, so basically the task will activate first for the employee, and once the employee marks complete, the HR task will activate.
