How to hide Add Button in Anytime Documents for specific Review Period

Greetings!

We have a requirement, Needs to hide Add Button in Anytime Documents for specific Review Period.

For example if Employee or Manager select a "123 Review Period" then Add button should appear. Other case if Employee or Manager select a "321 Review Period" then Add button should be disappear.

123 and 321 both review periods having Anytime Documents functionality.

How to achieve this requirement please help us.
