Summary:

I was looking through my Where is My Tech concept, and there are four options for the arrival time in the attributes.

All I wanted to know was what the differences were between the delivery, service, and communicated windows and how they are calculated ?

While checking the OFS Glosary Document, I understood that

Delivery Window:
The time when Oracle Field Service expects the resource to arrive at the customer’s home or business. The window includes a buffer to account for travel time and the potential for delay. This time frame is shorter than the service window.
