Pay Period not matching work schedule
Summary:
Oracle community-
We have scenarios were employees work schedule does not match the pay period and the pay period might fall mid-work week.
We initially had our timecard layout setup Monday-Sunday, however when Payroll falls mid-week employees needed to submit their TC for approval more than once and were constantly forgetting to do submit on time.
We try now to adjust the timecard layout to match the pay period, however we have the same situation of timecards following between two pay periods and incorrectly calculating OT.
Do you know of any functionality in OTL or Workforce Scheduling that could help address the above scenario?
