Auto Calculate Expenses Item Date for Per Day allowance

Hi,

I would like to auto-calculate the Start / End Date and Time when creating Expense Item for Per Day Allowance type. Let say I selected the Start and End Date, I want to auto-calculate the time of the date to minus (-) 3 hours for the Start Date and plus (+) 3 hours for the End Date upon Saving the transaction.

Do we have the flexibility to do this? Thanks.
