Sections missing in career and performance

Hi All,

We are about to implement goals and performance to our client. When we enabled them using sandbox, we could see the career and performance tab but inside there are no sections visible. Attaching the snippet.

Also checked with the custom role we created, and all required privileges has been given, has someone encountered the same before?
