Unable to enable attachment section for competency section

Summary:

Hi Team,

Currently we have a requirement to enable the attachments for each competency when an employee add in the skills and qualification, Also we note that we have options to enable the Attachments only for certain sections like certifications, Educations and Honors using VBCS. We do not have the flexibility to enable the attachments for work history, languages and for competencies.

Note: We are in Redwood and we are trying to make the changes using VBCS.

Any insights would be highly appreciated.
