I am exploring options for extracting submitted forms from Oracle Field Service Cloud and would like to know if there is any built-in functionality or feasible method to download these forms in XML or PDF format. Specifically, I am interested in understanding and steps to meet business need:

  1. XML Format: Is there a way to export submitted forms in XML format for further processing or integration with other systems?
  2. PDF Format: Can submitted forms be downloaded as PDFs, either directly from the system or through a custom solution?

If anyone has experience with this or can point me to relevant documentation or tools within Oracle Field Service Cloud, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone has workaround of the mentioned business need.
