CX - Email template must contain accept or reject button, triggered by Object Workflow

We have employed Object Workflow to trigger emails to Approver whenever a lead or opportunity is submitted for approval (Submit For Approval button which is a custom checkbox).
The email template used gives details like Opportunity Name, Owner etc.
But we are unable to add approve/reject button in Email template so that the Approver can directly take decision from the email rather than navigating to the Lead/Opportunity page. How to achieve this ?

Or how can we include a dynamic link in the email template which takes the approver directly to that particular lead/opportunity ?
