How to force complete AllocateChecklist using HDL

Summary:

We want to force complete a checklist that is assigned to many employees in prodcution.

We tried to load the below HDL for a sample person but it removed only few tasks and not all the tasks from the checklist. Can someone please help in providing the HDL to force complete all tasks and finally mark the checklist as complete using HDL?

Note:

For a sample person , we checked the data in per_allocated_checklists_vl and it had two checklist category: ORA_ONB_ENT_ONBOARDING_STEP and ORA_ONB_ENT_ONBOARDING
