Activate Journey Task on approval of Document in DoR

Hi,

We have a journey of 3 tasks:

  1. Create Dependent Contact
  2. Add Document in Document of Record
  3. Enroll in Benefits

We want the 3rd task to be activated only when the Document uploaded in Document of Record is approved following the approval rules.

Please suggest any approach to achieve this requirement.
