Unable to create a new compartment

Summary:

I have activated my new OCI free trial account, as suggested by Oracle Support I waited for 24hrs to get provisioned with all resources while creating my tenancy. Whenever I check my tenancy details it shows as ACTIVE in the first time. Again after few mins it turn into FAILED and informed same to MOS. They told there is no problem with my account activation.

So, I started creating a new compartment as a first step but then it is giving me this weird error message as shown below:

"Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'toString')"

Although I have 'Administrator' privileges to create one. It is still giving me this strange error.
