ORG_TYPE Column in IBY_EXTERNAL_PAYERS_ALL is Populating value as Operating Unit

Hi Experts : Please assist on the below issue.

Summary: We have a issue in IBY_External_Payers Table, some Customers/Bank accounts, ORG_TYPE is Populating as Operating Unit under IBY_External_Payers table, but some Customers Not and giving Blank, It is a discrepancy with Customers, this is breaking our Query & Breaking our Reporting. Why system updates ORG_TYPE for few customers and others not.

some of the Transactions reflecting ORG_TYPE with Operating Unit some not reflecting. From where (UI) this ORG_TYPE is populating into this column or table.
