Redwood: Is there a deep link for manager to create check-in document for direct reports?

Hello,

On the existing redwood screen, the manager needs to go on My Team > Performance > Click on the employee's name and then click on check-in tab to create a check-in document for his direct report.

Therefore, we have a requirement where this should be optimized.

Is there a deep link where the manager can go directly to create the check-in document for his direct reports or any alternative way which is faster?
