How to Associate RTF template with Data Model and configure E-Signature Validation to Journey Task

Need support on below requirement. Kindly share if you have any reference.

I am trying to the Fleet Safety acknowledgment document with an electronic signature as a task to the New Hire Day 1 Onboarding Journey but I need help with creating the Data Model, associating my rtf template to the data model and configuring the e-signature validation.
