We have got a requirement for business where the requisition should behave according to the template.
1. Currently, we have two requisition templates, one for Single Hire and another for Contingent type of Requisitions.
2. When creating a new Position, we attach either of the Requisition Template to the position.
3. Problem is that, for a pooled position, there are few contingents to be hired and few Permanent employees. So, selecting if we select one requisition template, we cannot create a requisition for the other type.
4. Is there a way that the Template is created at the Requisition level, so that the Position remains the same but when creating a new Requisition for that position we get an option to select either of the template. This way we avoid making any changes to the Position.
