Help with locations for native external career site

Summary:

We are looking to move from an external 3rd party job site to using the native external site in Recruiting early next year. One thing however which I think is causing some confusion for us is the impact of the location structure in Recruiting and how this could potentially impact candidates from finding the right roles. Please see the below points if anyone could help clarify that would be great- for context ahead of these points, our retail store managers currently don’t enter a primary location on the req, it just defaults to united kingdom as our external job site

Howdy, Stranger!
