To hide particular section in performance document

Hi,

Last month we have gone live with Mid-Year performance document. Now we need to make some changes in performance document for manager assessment(can't performance mass delete). We need to hide one particular section on Manager assessment page.

Here, we need to hide Questionnaire in Evaluation topics on Manager assessment page. Can this be achievable?
