Goal Redwood: Employee cannot see organization goal added

Hello,

We're having a problem. when a line manager shares an organization goal, the employee can see it in his explore page.
He can even click on the icon to add the goal.

Once he adds the goal, the goal is not visible on the MY Goals page.
Please advice on how to resolve it so that the employee can see it in his my goals page.
