Query to detect areas that are using questions and questionnaires

Hi Everyone,

I created questionnaires and questions and need to delete them for change in configuration. I released them from performance templates and tried to delete or change the status to Draft but I couldn't because the system still recognizes it as being In Use. I tried HDL but it didn't work:

Is there a query that can tell which areas of the application are using questions/questionnaires so I can access and release them?
