Redwood My Compensation page is not allowing to View and Download the Total compensation Statement.

We have enabled Redwood Pages for both Total Compensation Statement and My compensation Page , but unable as a Employee unable to view the total compensation statement after clicking on the Hyperlink.

The mobile responsive pages are working as expected.

All the required scheduled processes we have ran and these are the below profile option that we have enabled .-

  1. ORA_CMP_TOTAL_COMPENSATION_STATEMENTS_REDWOOD_ENABLED
  2.  ORA_CMP_SPOTLIGHT_REDWOOD_ENABLED

Have anyone faced this issue earlier ?

any suggestion would be helpful.
