Edit Goals in set goals task but not in Self-Evaluation task

Summary:

Hi,

we want to have the possibility for the employee and manager to edit the goals in SET GOALS, but to inhibit the possibility for the employee and the manager to edit the goals in the self-assessment and managerial evaluation phase in the performance document.

The performance document includes these steps:

  1. Set goals employee and line manager
  2. Worker self evaluation
  3. Manager evaluation
  4. Share evaluation
  5. Final feedback

With current design the employee and manager can edit goals also in self-evaluation and managerial evaluation phase. The customer does not want this. It is possible?

I see this question but it's not useful for my scenario because the editing of goals should be in the performance document but only in set goal task.

Howdy, Stranger!
