Reorder questions button missing in redwood?

Hello,

I have just noticed that I cannot find the reorder questions button that was availiable in responsive

in redwood:

What could be the cause? We need to be able to sort questions as the system randomly adds the required questions and often the order does not make sense……………..

Does anyone know, if this button:

1) will be added in 24C and is just not availiable?

2) has to be activated in Visual Bulder or someplace else?

3) Should be availiable but our system has a bug?

4) will no longer be availiable? —> that woould be catastrophic
