It is possible to include a new status option under Development Goal?

Hello,

Our client need to include a new status option called 'Cancelled' inside the Career Development page. (Me > Carrer and Performance > Career Development > Select a Development Goal > Status).

We tried to configure the options but the 'add' and 'delete' options are not avilable to click.
But the problem is that there is already a 'Cancelled' option, but it is not showing under Development Goals, but it show under Performance Goals.

We need the cancelled option to be able to select in Development Goals.

Is important to point out that our client does not have Redwood interface implemented.
