When trying to change the date in sample cdf file provided by bank getting error

Summary:

We have received sample cdf3.0 file from bank and when trying to change the date in the file am unable to upload the transactions it is giving the below error

The file provided to us was for the date 2013 and as the employees were inactive for that duration I tried replacing 2013 with 2024 but than it is giving us the error
