Unable To Search Employee Performance Document From Custom HR Login

Summary:

We have created a new HR specialist role and removed the privileges which are not required for the role. When the user logs in with the custom role, they are not able to search performance document of an employee in Performance documents page.

After adding the "Performance Management HR Specialist" privilege, do we need to run some process for the page to reflect and display the employee in Search result? Below is the screenshot
