Oracle Fusion Cloud SQM: Information only Qualification

How can we by-pass evaluation for "Information only" Qualification Area.

We are using rule set in SQM to gather question responses at the time of Supplier Registration. These Questions are part of the Qualification area which are ticked to "Information Only". That means they do not have any outcome. However, when supplier is registering himself and responding to the questions, it creates Initiative and requires Evaluation at the time of Supplier registration approval stage.

Requirement: We do not want to evaluate information only Qualification area and waned to accept whatever Supplier provides at the time of its registration. We tried Automatic Evaluation but that doesn't work with "Information only" Qualification Area. Also, if we need to score automate the question then Automatic scoring doesn't work with Question response of text only which again fails automatic evaluation.
