Learner unable to view Offering details if already enrolled onto Course

Summary:

Learners have to enrol into an offering to view the offering details such as activity start time of ILT.

We've found that if they're already enrolled onto the course but have not yet selected the offering, the learner cannot see the offering details unless they enrol into that offering. At this point, if they find that that offering is not suitable (e.g. they can't make the time of the training), they then have to withdraw, wait for the withdrawal request to be processed and then re-enrol into another offering. This could happen multiple times before finding a suitable offering.
