Is there a way to record a GL entry for a Personal Corporate Card expense?

Summary:

We want to record personal corporate card transactions to a due from employee GL account to track and monitor those transactions. We use Company Pay.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently, if an employee makes a personal purchase on a corporate credit card and marks it as such on their expense report. There is no entry into the GL to record the liability due from the employee.

The GL account box disappears when a personal amount is entered see below.


I have also looked in SLA to see if I can find a place to enter a GL string for this but expenses seems pretty bare.
