Dependent Name Change not being picked up in extract

Summary:

In Benefits, we have a Domestic Partner with coverage as of 1/1/2024. This person gets married on 6/5/2024. Since our benefits begin at the beginning of the month, we start a new Medical plan coverage on 6/1/2024. Two weeks later, the employee updates the (now spouse's) name as of 6/5/2024. The extract continues to show the former name. We are using user entity BEN_EXT_HIST_ENRT_DPNT_UE. I can see that it uses the coverage start date to get the dependent name, so I understand the problem.

How can I make the extract show the name as of sysdate rather than the coverage start date? Should a different entity be used?

Howdy, Stranger!
