Unable to configure pages in Redwood

Receiving the below error while trying to configure pages in Redwood for CX -

Fetching user roles failed with error code Error: Make sure the typed in URL is correct, and that CORS is enabled on the remote server. Please check the JavaScript console to see more details.. Due to this, no layouts or pages/fields are being loaded in Redwood Sales. How to resolve this ? Any privilege or role missing ? We're trying to do it from Admin user for CX.
