How do I fix this merge request error (HZ-120136)?
Summary:
When trying to merge a customer registry/account into a supplier I received the following message.
"You can't make this person the preferred contact for this organization because a valid relationship between the person and the organization doesn't exist. (HZ-120136). "
I tried removing the contact at the customer account level with no luck and confirmed there was no contact set up under the supplier account. I also tried to end-date the Person under Customer Data Management with no luck.
Any suggestions? Thanks!
