Turn off FYI Notifications to emp when an employee Add or Update the Performance Goal and Dev Goal

Greetings of the Day!

Client Requirement: When employee Add or Update the Performance Goal and Development Goal we need to Turn off FYI Notifications to employee and Manager.

We turn of FYI to manager but still employee getting the FYI notifications for add and update the goals.

Note: When employee add or update the goals it should be auto approved and When employee Delete the goals then it should go for manager approval. This approval rule we configured through transaction console page and it's working fine.

When employee delete the goal, and once manager approve the deleted goal FYI should go to employee.
