Issue REDWOOD Goal : Dotted Line Manager can see and add goal to dotted employee.

Summary:

Dear Team,

We have an issue where the dotted line manager is able to see their dotted line reports in the Team Goals Center, even when we have set the Person Security Profile of the data role Line Manager to only have Manager Type: Line Manager.

The case scenario is as such:
We have a specific Manager Type ex: "ManagerGroup" that should be able to access performance goal of their dotted and we created the respective Person Security Profile and Data Role that enable this function.

However now the other Manager Type ex: "Expense Manager" are able to see and add goal to their dotted reports.
