Do you know whether the HRG_ASSIGN_PERFORMANCE_GOALS_PRIV is for allowing managers to create goals? I have removed this privilege from our custom role, but the assign, add and edit goals buttons are still available for them. The aim is to prevent managers from the goals creation.
